To creating named anchors in Adobe Dreamweaver
1.From your Dreamweaver, Go to File->New Blank Document and create the text you want on your page.
2. Go to View->visial Aids->Invisible Elements. Thie will let you see where your name anchored is positioned. However the name anchor won’t be visible in your webpage when you view it with a browser
3.Click inside your document where you want your named anchor to be placed.
4.Go to the "Common Tab" and click on the named anchor button. This will display the "Named Anchor" box.
5.Name your anchor and click OK. Your named anchor icon will display on your screen.
6.Go to "Windows" -> "Properties Bar” and highlight "Contacts"
7. Type in the named anchor name in the link section inside the properties bar. Named anchor links begin with ("#").Press Enter.
8.Save your page .
