hi everyone, just a quick question.
Let's say you create a logo with a font like satisfaction for exemple (non free 12$). Do you need the client to buy it or can you buy it yourself?
and in that case, If you do another logo with that same font again (that you bought then, do you need your next client to buy it also ?? ... how does it work exactly.
Do you need to buy it (you or client) for each logo ?

we do not require a designer to purchase the font, it would be good though to inform the client what font it is and where they can find it, one thing to keep in mind though.........those free download fonts be sure to read the usage agreements. Also once you expand or convert the font letters used it is no longer a complete font is then becomes objects in the design. This is one reason we require ALL fonts in logos to be converted or expanded.
