1.Open your picture in your PaintShop pro
2. Go to the Learning Center palette, and click on Collage,
3. click on Remove Backgrounds. This will activate the Background Eraser tool.
4.On the Tool Options palette on the top of the screen use these settings:
Size: 110
Limits: Discontiguous
5.Now place your cursor near the tip of the object you want to keep, and make sure the edge of your cursor overlaps the object. then hold down your mouse button and drag carefully around the object, removing the background as you drag. When you are done erasing all the background, release the mouse button. What you erase will be transparent.
6.Now you can copy the remaining object by going to edit-copy and paste it in a different image with background or any other image.

I searched for a long time on the forums for a site where you can erase background online and I was advised a good site where I can do it for free without any problems
